The official website of Wawa Land is now back with a brand new home made layout including the latest artworks from the game!
A new section called “Universe” will be added as soon as possible with tons of informations about the game, its gameplay, its world…

Here are the major changes (from TouchArcade’s thread):
The pause button has been merged with the state monitor. The colored circle will show the time you’ve got left. You can also see that the shop button has been also merged with it, and replaces the hearts when you are on a chapter / on the planet.
There are two new buttons for… GAME CENTER! So on the left: achievements, and on the right leaderboards. You can also notice that on a chapter the menu has two different buttons than the worlds: a “home” button which sends you to the title screen and a “planet” button which does what you think :p
Five leaderboards are available for now: a global total score ranking / two chapters total scores ranking / two time scores the 8th worlds of both chapters.
22 achievements to unlock! As you will see I made an icon for everyone of them… what a painful day XD
A green halo now shows the next chapter you’ve got to play. A gold one will show you when you have found all the babies in a chapter.
And you can also send the app as a gift directly from the new center button of the title screen.
I have also removed the wallslide/walljump when it is useless in every worlds.

Wawa Land 1.01 preview!
Hello everyone,
As I said, Wawa Land will be updated this week for the first time (but the game is quite young, isn’t it? 
) with the version 1.01!
So what are the big news?
Gameplay:
- Well, first of all I have fixed Wawa’s inertia to remove that annoying slippery.
- There is also another gameplay fix: you will not be able to wallslide or walljump over the blue treasure boxes, because it was quite frustrating too when you tried to get to the coins for example.
HUD, two major changes:
- I redesigned the controls so they are very easy to use now.
- And the BIG NEW THING……… A complete UI’s controls customization system!!!
So with this new system you will be able to make your gamepad just like you want (position/scale)!
The new system brings also a new style/skin that you can switch too.
And there is also a new free pad mode that only shows the pad when you touch the screen

Hi everybody!
Before I start, I would like to make you aware that I will now redirect all the posts about Wawa directly to www.wawaland.fr so they will be availables on both sites.
All lot of things happened since the release of Wawa Land on April 17th, so here is a little recap of all the posts, videos and other reviews about Wawa, classed by country.
USA:
First of all, the writers of AppAdvice.com had made a lot for Wawa! They first published a preview of the game. Then, they reviewed the game. After that, they wrote about the game of the week which was Max Payne Mobile, BUT Wawa Land has become the honorable mention for the week!!! And last but not least, Wawa Land is also part of the latest AppAdvice Daily Show!!!
So yeah, thank you so much to everyone at AppAdvice.com!
Second very important thing: Wawa is part of The Touch Arcade Show n°48! It is just amazing that they already looked at Wawa just 3 days after the release of the game! I just want to thank you too, as your community which gaves me the best feedbacks on the game!
By the way, I want to tell everyone that the next update is in a large part based on the feedbacks and comments of the TouchArcade community! So yeah… so many thanks to you all!
